Union Rights

We implement card check recognition where unions are recognized when majority of workers sign cards, eliminating intimidation campaigns. We enable sectoral bargaining where entire industries bargain together, raising standards for everyone. We ban non-compete agreements that trap workers with employers. We require mandatory profit sharing at companies above certain size. We establish worker board representation so workers have voice in company decisions.

Workplace Standards

We strengthen overtime requirements to prevent exploitation. We establish mandatory breaks and scheduling rights. We create portable benefits not tied to employers, freeing workers to change jobs without losing healthcare or retirement.

Integration With Full Platform

Labor power restoration works alongside worker cooperatives. Some workers will organize unions in traditional employment. Others will form cooperatives and own their enterprises. Both build worker power. Both challenge capitalist extraction. Both are necessary.

This isn’t either-or. This is building power wherever workers are, using whatever structures work in that context.
